It was nice to welcome Terry Wilding, Health Assured Relationship Manager to our office yesterday.
Terry kindly attended to help promote our Employee Assistance Programme, presenting and answering questions on the extensive free confidential advice and support available to all TCH staff.
Terry also demonstrated the My Healthy Advantage App updated proactive wellbeing, mental and physical health resources and tools.
