Derby – Sharon Doyle (3 nominations)
Burton – Chris Baily (5 nominations)
Sharon who works in our Derby Service team ensuring all the hard work the teams generate is invoiced and turned into pound notes to ensure we achieve our budgets. Sharon was nominated by three of her colleagues for her general helpfulness, especially during periods of staff shortness and often comes in on her days off invoicing and assisting the wider team generally to make the day better. Great team ethics and a can-do attitude Sharon, well done!
Chris Baily of Burton service was nominated by both colleagues and management for us hard work to which contributed to one of Burtons best service results on record. In addition Chris got into the Easter spirit getting Easter eggs for the Burton staffs children. This is a great gesture Chris and one that no doubt contributed to developing and continuing the great team spirit we have at Burton.
