John Lester of Derby car service has been nominated many time before for is general can do attitude and willingness to help others. John was also recommended for his ability to take on those big and challenging jobs which no doubt John enjoys with is many years of experience. Well done John!
Chris Elson of Burton Service was nominated for his recent involvement in defending a court claim made against TC Harrison. Chris’s workmanship and witness statement was so thorough that even an independent inspection could do nothing other than defend our case and subsequently the claimant’s case was dismissed.
Congratulations to our worthy winners and as a thank you £75 will be added to your August payroll.
Special shout out
While senior managers are not allowed to win this award, I thought it would be worthwhile and justified to give a special shout out to David Baker in his recent success in getting the popular and well known ‘SpudMan’ to do one of his ‘pop ups’ at our Derby site.
This was not only for a worthwhile course of raising money for Derby Hospital to get a much needed mobile Renal Unit, but it also gave our business and the brands we represent incredible amount of digital exposure to many customers who may never have visited our site or be aware of the brands we represent. This will be unmeasurable in the ongoing exposure it will give our business and it will no doubt continue to do so for some time ahead. Great achievement David!
