The Ford Division Conference was held last week for two days and was attended by the Sales and Aftersales managers. Also in attendance were Sam and Joel Harrison.
It was a great productive couple of days with lots of audience participation.
Included on the agenda were discussions on performance and suggestions for collaborative working across the Division with discussion groups set up to discuss ways to implement changes.
