The Ford Division held it’s mid-year conference on Thursday 15 June In Peterborough. Both regions were well represented with over 30 managers in attendance plus the Group CEO, Ford Division MD and both Regional Directors.
Many aspects of the business were discussed and the common themes throughout the day were BRAND, ADAPT and RETAIN with an over-arching focus on CARE.
The Current Ford Division performance was reviewed together with Best Practise discussions. Clare East also joined us after lunch to review and discuss Colour Profiling.
Actions were noted and commitments were made by all attendees and these will be reviewed at the next full conference to be held on 9th and 10th November 2023.
