He joined on 3rd September 1975 as a Field Service Engineer. Over the years he has dealt with with many new machine introductions, replacement models, changes in systems and processes 
He has mentored many of our Apprentice Engineers – Malcolm Ward being one of them.
His loyalty, hard work, famous attention to detail, and fabulous personality will be sorely missed. As a keen cyclist, John is now swapping his spanners for two wheels and we wish him the very very best in his retirement. He certainly deserves it
