Continuing the necessary restructure of the Derby Service Departments, I can confirm that with immediate effect Craig Stone will assume the new position of General Service Manager at Pride Park. Within this new role Craig will have full responsibility for our Car and CV Service departments. To assist Craig with the day to day running of the service departments Andy Smith will take on the role of Derby Assistant Car Service Manager and Nathan Stone will become Derby Assistant CV Service Manager. Andy and Nathan will officially start their new roles from 1st August 2022, and Craig will now start the search for a Car Workshop Controller to complete the restructure.
This restructure will maintain the individual daily focus that our service departments require while allowing the overarching management control of all resources and expenses. This will be essential as we look to grow our CV customer base and retain more of our passenger car customers, included attracting older vehicles into our workshops.
The restructure also continues to support our company values in providing opportunities of succession and growth for individuals within our current team. I am certain that everyone will give Craig, Andy, and Nathan their full support and I look forward to our potential growth and success within this new structure.
