Derby – Debbie Brampton (9 nominations)
Burton – Ellen Owen (5 nominations)
Debbie Brampton who works in our central admin team at Derby was nominated by the whole of the Burton Sales and management team. Following the retirement of Linda Hornsby from our Burton Admin department Debbie picked up the mantle to look after the Burton team which is not only change in the process but made more difficult with doing this from our central location. The Burton Sales department have commended the support and patience from Debbie in making this change smooth with continued support to our Sales team and our customers at Burton. Great team effort Debbie, well done!
Ellen Owen works on our service desk at Burton and was nominated by people from several different departments with recommendations for Ellens support of promoting a valentines day hunt in the dealership for some team and dealership fun of which Ellen donated her own prizes to the winners. Ellen also had several nominations from the Burton Bodyshop for a general helpfulness in dealing with our customers who come to the service reception. Great to see colleagues supporting other colleagues from other departments and having fun along the way.
