Steven Harrison from Derby Service reception has been nominated most months and by both colleagues and Managers. Steven always delivers a great customer experience and his praised by our customers when we make our follow up calls. Steven is also praised by both colleagues and managers from different departments for his general ‘can do’ attitude and always gives 110%. Steven has also supported our front desk in covering absence and plays a great role in supporting and training our new colleagues who have recently joined our team.
Baily Laity is one of our upcoming apprentices in our Burton Body Shop. Baily was nominated by the entire Body Shop team for the progress he is making and his willingness to develop himself with his eagerness to learn more along with his positive attitude to take on new jobs. Well done Bailey!
David Taylor from Derby Service department has been nominated many times over the months for his general supportiveness to the entire shop in both CV and Car. Clearly very highly respected by the whole team and nothing is never too much trouble for Dave who is always willing to help wherever he is needed. Thank you for promoting a great team spirit David, well done!
