Employee of the Month
It gives me great pleasure to communicate our November nominations and winners for our Employee of the Month award!
Again, we had lots of nominations, and it is great to see that the bulk of them came from their colleagues.

November Employee of the Month Winners
Derby – Nav Atwal Burton – Syed Kazmi (Kaz)
Nav Atwal of our Central Admin team was nominated by the whole of the New Commercial department and by her colleague in the admin department for covering due to staff illness. Nav took the extra duties in her stride, never complained and was happy to help her colleague who was absent from the business and ensured month end ran smoothly for our Commercial department. A Great team work spirit and a can do attitude, well done Nav!
Syed Kazmi of our Burton Service department was nominated by several colleagues for going the extra mile, again, to ensure everything went into the months result. Kaz came in on his day off and also stopped a further 2 hours after the department had closed to ensure all jobs where complete and everything could be costed into the month. Great commitment Kaz, a big thank you!
