TC Harrison Group are thrilled to announce that we have officially acquired Gunn JCB.
Chris Cornell, Group CEO, said: “I am delighted to announce that the acquisition of Gunn JCB by TC Harrison Group has been completed today.
I would like to welcome the employees of Gunn JCB to the TCH family.
This is an exciting acquisition for the group of a successful and long standing JCB dealer that will complement our existing businesses and ensure continued excellent customer service for JCB customers. Gunn JCB have depots to the west of the existing T C Harrison JCB operations in Altrincham, Longridge, Ruthin, Shrewsbury and the Isle of Man with a group PDI centre in Marchington.
The TCH and Gunn JCB businesses will run as separate divisions of the group under the trading names of T C Harrison JCB and Gunn JCB and we look forward to making investment in the businesses so that they can continue to excel and deliver the expectations of the manufacturer and our customer bases.”
We can also announce that Samantha Harrison and Wendy Asquith will be taking on new roles within our Gunn JCB Division as Operations Director/Deputy Dealer Principal and Divisional Director, respectively.
Wendy stated: “Samantha and I are delighted that the acquisition has now been completed and are excited to be working with the Gunns team and look forward to a bright and successful future”
