We would like to wish Malcolm Ward a very happy retirement after an impressive 46 years with the TC Harrison JCB family
“It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Malcom from the TC Harrison JCB family after an impressive 46-year journey Malcom’s last day with us is the 30/06/2023
Since Malcom’s humble beginnings as an apprentice in 1977, Malcom has never looked back. Completing his apprenticeship with flying colours, he swiftly rose through the ranks and became an esteemed engineer, working closely with John Bonarius and Robin Kemp, both of whom have retired in recent years after their long-standing service to the company.
Right from the start, Malcom exhibited exceptional promise, earning the respect of both our organization and our valued customers. His unwavering commitment and relentless pursuit of excellence propelled him to higher positions within the company, eventually leading him to assume the role of Service Control and, subsequently, Service Manager. With each step in his career, Malcom demonstrated his wholehearted dedication to our company, pouring his heart and soul into his work.
As he moved on to the position of Depot Manager, Malcom continued to exemplify absolute devotion to our organization, tirelessly guiding and assisting numerous individuals over the years. His selflessness and expertise have left an indelible impact on both our team and the broader community we serve.
Malcolm’s retirement is a bittersweet moment for us all. While we are saddened to bid farewell to such an outstanding colleague, we are also immensely grateful for his significant contributions throughout his tenure. His professionalism, leadership, and profound knowledge have helped shape our company into what it is today.
