10 October is World Mental Health Day.
So perfect opportunity to post a little reminder regarding Health Assured, our Employee Assistance Programme provider.
Health Assured have a range of resources and support on the subject of mental health; including Bright TV/ videos, podcasts, useful links, My Healthy Advantage App and of course a free confidential 24/7 helpline on 0800 028 0199.
Additionally, Health Assured’s October “The Mental Health Hour” session (via Health Assured’s Instagram page) will be on ‘Mental Health in the Workplace’.
The question box goes live at 9am on Wednesday 26 October – visit Health Assured Instagram stories to ask a question.
A Health Assured in-house counsellor will answer submitted questions, with answers posted on Thursday 27 October at 12pm, again via Health Assured Instagram stories.
