We’re all aware of the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, but did you know that you could also be prosecuted under drug driving laws while taking prescription medication?
Fleet News have recently shared an article advising that the Association of Fleet Professionals are warning that legal drugs still can pose a drug driving prosecution risk, and it could even include something as simple as hay fever or other over the counter medication.
