Congratulations to our latest round of Succession candidates who all successfully completed 3 days of intense management training. In keeping with our group ethos, that our staff are the most important part of this business, we believe that training and developing from within is vital to the growth and success of the company. This new round of training, led by Gary Cook of BEP Solutions, saw our candidates cover various theories and tools in preparation for managing key departments throughout our Ford division… with some recently having taken up management roles.
