It has been a very unusual half year for the Contact Centre and consistency is something that we have not really achieved as yet. We have seen fluctuations in booking patterns and have had to navigate a worrying trend of customers defecting due to Covid and other Social and Political pressures. On a positive note, we have a very cohesive team now which consists of 8, 4 Full-Timers Wendy, Olivia, Georgina and Pamela and 3 Part-Timers Amrit, Marie and Tovia and myself Nicola and we look forward to the next 6 months and what that will bring.
Most members of the team are now looking forward to their summer holidays over the next couple of months with destinations such as Devon, France and Lanzarote in the mix. The likes of Georgina and myself have returned to Live Music venues with Georgina recently attending Download in Donnington, and I was back at Knebworth recently to see Liam Gallagher, 26 years after the original Oasis Knebworth gigs in ‘96’. I’m sure there will be a lot more to come and I will keep you up to date with all the interesting news as we go with maybe a few pictures too!
