Good afternoon,
It is with great pleasure to introduce the first T.C.Harrison Group Team Member Engagement Survey. This is the first time all our divisions (Ford, JCB and Leasing), including our Head Office, will be participating in the survey and we look forward to using the valuable feedback we receive to help guide our actions in the future. Can I proactively thank everyone in advance for participating and sharing their views and opinions, and most of all any ideas you may have to further improve the business.
When my great-grandfather, Cuth, started the business 90 years ago, his opinion was that our employees are our most valuable assets. This ethos has continued throughout the years and is still shared by all the family and leadership teams today.
This survey embraces this family value, as we feel now more than ever it is vitally important to give every employee a forum to voice their opinion and let us know how we are conducting the business.
Tomorrow morning between 10-11am I will be sending out a link to this survey, which will include surveymonkey.co.uk in the URL and please accept this email as confirmation that this email will be genuine. It will be possible to start the survey a soon as you receive it, and it will close on Friday 20th August at 4pm. Please don’t hesitate to click the link as it is secure and approved by our I.T. department, it is not a scam.
The link can be used on any device (PC or mobile device), so long as an internet connection is active. Can I please encourage that once you have started the survey, you complete it in the same session. If you close the surveyhalfway through you will not be able to continue from the same point and will have to start over, however your previous answers will be saved so this will create duplicate responses. Therefore, it is very important to complete the survey in one sitting to ensure we obtain accurate results. One or two questions also require some comment in the text box provided and the survey will not allow you to move on without.
The survey starts by selecting your location and department, and is followed by multiple choice questions with areas to add comments should you feel the need. Any ideas or recommendations to improve areas of the business are always greatly appreciated.
As previously mentioned, all responses are anonymous, however it may be possible to identify employees if any comments are of an individual nature. These responses will be shared so please try to refrain from specifically naming any employees.

The survey starts with selecting your department, followed by a series of multiple-choice questions, some with comment boxes (of which some a response is required to further progress through the survey). If you are at all unsure which department you should be selecting for the survey, please get in touch or speak to your line manager. If you are in a management role then please select ‘Management/Leadership’.
The survey should take roughly 5 – 10 minutes to complete, please ensure you click the ‘Finish Survey’ button at the end to ensure all your responses are saved. As previously mentioned, please allow time to fully complete the survey in one session as multiple attempts can create erroneous results.
